World heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua has agreed to fight Tyson Fury in no distant time.

Anthony Joshua's promoter, Eddie Hearn has revealed that two biggest heavyweight boxers in the world, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have agreed to fight each other.
The first of the historic fights could be staged in Saudi Arabia next year. Joshua regained his World Boxing Association, International Boxing Federation and World Boxing Organisation heavyweight titles in Riyadh in December by outpointing Andy Ruiz in their rematch while Fury dethroned Deontay Wilder in February to become World Boxing Council champion.
The British pair now hold all four major belts in boxing’s blue riband division and speculation of a unification bout to determine the undisputed world heavyweight champion has been steadily building in recent months.
Joshua’s promoter, Hearn, said the fighters were on the same page with regards to the financial terms of both bouts.

"We're making great progress," Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn exclusively told Sky Sports News on Wednesday.

"There is still a lot to overcome. We are looking at venues and dates.

"We have the Dillian Whyte mandatory which is due before this fight.

"It's fair to say [Joshua and Fury] are in agreement regarding the financial terms of the fight.

"We've been talking to [Fury's management team] MTK, giving them the assurances from Joshua's side that all the details on the structure of the deal is approved from our side. And it is from Fury's side, as well.

"We're in a good place. It's fair to say that, in principle, both guys have agreed to that fight. Two fights.

"[There's] a lot to overcome in the meantime. We're moving in the right direction. I'm confident that both guys have given their blessing for the fight to go ahead.

"The point of Fury, Joshua and the teams agreeing to the structure of the deal? The first fight could happen next summer. It will be 2021.

"There is a big period of time where Whyte should get his shot at the title. That's important to us.

"The main positive news is that Joshua and Fury have agreed to a two-fight deal, in essence.

"The most difficult part of any deal is the financial element. I believe we're in a great place where both guys have agreed to what that should be.

"We have not signed contracts because there are still things to be worked out.

"We're pushing towards a place where they can be drafted, for 2021.

"Both guys are in agreement. The structure of the deal has been put forward, and agreed to by both parties.

"There is a model in place that both parties are happy with.

"It's the biggest fight ever in British boxing. It doesn't get bigger, and there will never be a bigger fight in our generation.

"Two guys, very different, who fight differently, have experienced different things and have come back from adversity."
Asked about a possible location for the Joshua vs Fury fight, Hearn added: "There are discussions with various sites.

"From a common-sense point of view and without knowing how a deal works, everyone will say Britain is the place to hold the fight. But it is the world heavyweight championship - there will be all sorts of offers from across the world, and there have been already.

"The venue is another obstacle to overcome."

The rape and death of three Nigerian woman has been condemned by Nollywood actresses.

Tina, Uwa and Jennifer
The police have been called upon to fish out the perpetrators of the dastardly act
Nollywood A-listers, Genevieve Nnaji and Rita Dominic have taken to social media to condemn the brutal rape and killing of Nigerian  girls - Tina, Uwa and Jennifer.
Tina was killed by a stray bullet while Uwa and Jennifer died after being raped by evil men.
Reacting via her Instagram account, Rita Dominic wrote:
"There is nothing that these 3 GIRLS have done to deserve the atrocities that has befallen them.
Tina was killed by a policeman whose job was to protect her. She was 16years old

Uwa a university student went to a church to read and she was raped and murdered. She was only 22 years old.

Jennifer was raped by 11 men. She is just 12 years old. 12 years old for goodness sake!
What are we doing wrong that boys and men think that it is ok to continue violating girls and women in this manner?

Let me tell you what. We are not punishing the men who commit these atrocities in this country. We are not doing enough to hold RAPISTS accountable. We are not doing enough to check POLICE BRUTALITY.
We demand justice for these young girls! Our government and our justice system must respond to these matters PROMPTLY. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!"
Genevieve Nnaji reacted via Twitter. She wrote:
"They either abuse their power, or have the power to abuse. In or out of uniform, we live in constant fear of men. Tina Ezekwe. Vera Omozuwa. Rest In Peace my darlings. We will get justice."

The President of US, Donald Trump has been rushed to a bunker in the White House after protesters threw rocks at the house.

Protesters in USA protesting against death of George Floyd
As protests take violent turn in the US, it has been reported that US President Donald Trump was rushed to a White House bunker on Friday by Secret Service agents as hundreds of people protesting the death of George Floyd gathered outside the executive mansion, some of them throwing rocks and tugging at police barricades.
Metro UK reported that Mr Trump spent nearly an hour in the bunker, which was designed for use in emergencies like terrorist attacks, according to a Republican close to the White House who was not authorised to publicly discuss it and spoke on condition of anonymity.
The source’s account was confirmed by an administration official who also spoke on condition of anonymity. The abrupt decision by the agents underscored the rattled mood inside the White House, where the chants from protesters in Lafayette Park could be heard all weekend and Secret Service agents and law enforcement officers struggled to contain the crowds.
Friday’s protests were triggered by the death of Mr Floyd, a black man who died after he was pinned by a knee on his neck by a white Minneapolis police officer.
The demonstrations in Washington turned violent and appeared to catch officers by surprise, sparking one of the highest alerts on the White House complex since the September 11 attacks in 2001 . ‘The White House does not comment on security protocols and decisions,’ said White House spokesman Judd Deere, while the Secret Service said it does not discuss the means and methods of its protective operations. The president and his family have been shaken by the size and venom of the crowds, according to the Republican source who spoke with the Associated Press.
It was not immediately clear if First Lady Melania Trump and the couple’s 14-year-old son, Barron, joined the president in the bunker, though Secret Service protocol would have called for all those under the agency’s protection to be in the underground shelter.
Mr Trump traveled to Florida on Saturday to view the first manned space launch from the US in nearly a decade. He returned to a White House under virtual siege, with protesters – some violent – gathered just a few hundred yards away through much of the night. Demonstrators returned Sunday afternoon, facing off against police at Lafayette Park into the evening.
As cities burned night after night and images of violence dominated television coverage, Mr Trump’s advisers discussed the prospect of an Oval Office address in an attempt to ease tensions. But the notion was quickly scrapped for lack of policy proposals and the president’s own seeming lack of interest in delivering a message of unity.
In recent days, security at the White House has been reinforced by the National Guard and additional personnel from the Secret Service and the US Park Police. On Sunday, the Justice Department deployed members of the US Marshals Service and agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration to supplement National Guard troops outside the White House, according to a senior Justice Department official who spoke anonymously.

In spite of news making the rounds that she has given birth, a source has revealed Simi is stil pregnant.

Simi and her husband, Adekunle Gold

During the week, the news made the rounds that celebrity couple, Simi and Adekunle Gold, had welcomed their first child in the United States.

In light of this, many of their fans thronged to their social media handles to congratulate and celebrate the award-winning songstress who had announced that she was expecting her first child through her latest single titled, ‘Duduke’.

However, when Saturday Beats reached out to a close source to the couple who preferred anonymity, the source confirmed that Simi was currently abroad with her husband and mother but had not put to bed.

The source, while thanking fans for the congratulatory messages, noted that the couple would announce the birth of their child when it happens.

“Simi is still pregnant but she will give birth any time from now. We are expecting the news at any moment. Her family is with her abroad. She was there before the release of ‘Duduke’ video. Right now, she has slowed down with some of her works but she has not given birth. Whenever Simi puts to bed, everybody would know,”
the source said.

The couple has always kept part of their private life out of the social media space. Their 2019 wedding was a private affair which was attended by only close family and friends who didn’t share photos or videos of the couple or the wedding ceremony on social media.

Fans, however, caught a glimpse of the wedding when the couple released a music video that captured some of the joyful moments.

British boxer, Tyson Fury, has said that he would knock out fellow countryman, Anthony Joshua, in the 3rd round because the 30-year-old has ‘no footwork’.

Fury also claimed that Joshua has been avoiding to fight him for 5 years.

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are both on course for a heavyweight unification fight next year.

Fury knocked out American boxer, Deontay Wilder, in his last fight in Las Vegas last February.

Joshua also defeated Mexican-American boxer, Andy Ruiz Jr, in his last fight in Saudi Arabia last December.

“Anthony Joshua’s style is tailor-made for mine,” Fury told Redknapp’s Home Fixture on Sky Sports.

“He is strong and powerful, but he got no footwork.

“I have been offering to fight Anthony Joshua for the last five years, and it has not happened at all.

“I think I would knock him out in two or three rounds.”

A very young Nigerian girl who is just 10 years old has managed to write two books.

Anissa Moses-Saromi

One of the books

Anissa Moses-Saromi, a 10-year-old Nigerian girl, has debuted two short story collections titled ‘Because I Am’ and ‘Ricky’s Ridiculousness’.

In ‘Because I Am’, the young author tells the story of children who overcome difficult circumstances and find success through diligence, determination and the kindness of strangers.

‘Ricky’s Ridiculousness’, her second collection, focuses on Ricky, a naughty but lovable nine-year-old boy who gets into all kinds of mischief.

The author, while enjoining young children not to give up on their dreams, said she wrote the book to educate people of her age of the consequences inherent in engaging in mischief.

“Ricky’s Ridiculousness is a collection of stories from several recounts I wrote in school, some of which earned me prizes for creative writing. I decided to recreate the stories by making a book out of them to show the mischief children my age engage in, and the consequences that come with such acts of mischief,”
 she said.

Chido Onumah, coordinator of African Centre for Media and Information Literacy (AFRICMIL), said the books will inspire young readers.

“Young readers will feel inspired by the heartwarming stories of children who don’t simply make wishes, but use their heads, their hands and their hearts to make their wishes come true,”
 he said.

Anissa, who is also a public speaker, has won several recognition for her creative writings and has continued to inspire young readers with her message of “You can be more.”

Innovative nightclub owners in Lagos and the strippers on their payroll, have found a way around lockdown season.

Dressed in knee-length satin outfit and comfy shoes, Adanna jogs to the waiting jeep parked on Bode Thomas in Surulere, Lagos, where she meets two other ladies sitting pretty.

Time check: 5pm.

She throws her backpack to the floor of the car, engages in small talk with the other women and the driver--a young man ferrying them all to a posh apartment in Lekki, highbrow Lagos.

The jeep would make a few more stops in Ikeja and Ogba to pick up other young women before hitting the 3rd mainland bridge enroute the Island.

Adanna and the girls are headed for a lavish, raunchy, house party in Lekki where they would soon swap knee length dresses for bumshorts, panties and bras or go nude if it came to that; while partying till the sun comes up.

Partying till they drop.

It’s a strip club without being in a strip club.

Young men would go on to show appreciation for the twerks and booty smacking by spraying Naira notes and pouring Champagne on the naked women in front of them.

Lap dances are separately paid for.

Even though the federal and Lagos state governments have eased coronavirus induced restrictions in the city since May 4, churches, mosques, schools and nightclubs remain shuttered.

“We have to survive and stripping is all we know at this point,” says Abigail, another young woman who has been to many of these erotic and risque house parties since the lockdown season commenced in late March.

Jonathan, who has hosted one of these house parties in Ikoyi alongside his friends, tells Pulse that club goers had to look for another way to unwind until the government permits the clubs and pubs to return to business.

He also confesses that the nightclub owners or management are part of the deal.

“My brother, the human body is not firewood and I’m sure you know this. What we do is that we reach an agreement with the strip clubs, pay them an agreed sum of money.

“These strip clubs then put phone calls across to the girls and tell them that they will be at so-so houses for strip parties on certain dates. Everybody wins in the end, bro. We have to keep the clubs and strippers in business, lockdown or not,” Jonathan says with a throaty laugh.

However, some strippers have jumped into house parties on their own terms, without entering deals struck by strip club owners.1

“I think I make even more money these days and my bosses are not aware. They don’t have to know, really. They understand that we have to survive somehow in this tough season and our bodies are our biggest assets,” says Lizzy, who has stripped at some of the rave-of-the moment nightclubs in Ikeja, Victoria Island, Festac, Ikoyi and Lekki. “We have to keep ‘hoiling’ this booty to keep it juicy for when the clubs return,” she adds, throwing her head backwards in hysterical laughter.

At the Lekki erotic house party around 5:30am, Adanna and 10 other ladies, drunk and exhausted from twerking and lap dancing all night, lie spread-eagled on couches in the expansive living room strewn with empty bottles of all kinds of alcoholic beverages.

“Dress up babes, we have to go drop you off now!” orders Tunde, a thickset man in his 30s with biceps that have been manufactured in gyms.

Lagos' streets have gone empty at night as coronavirus cases in the state increase (Pulse)Lagos' streets have gone empty at night as coronavirus cases in the state increase (Pulse)

Outside in the parking lot, a range of cars are at the ready to take the girls to locations across town, from whence they came the day before.

Adanna slips into her satin dress, straps her backpack and lurches to her designated jeep. She’ll be at the next strip house party when she receives the call to show up at one--wherever that may be. She was after all born ready.

For now, she needs to go catch some sleep and recharge those batteries. The day is still young.

Reports have suggested that Kimura was the victim of cyber-bullying. The cause of death has not been confirmed.

Kimura, whose mother Kyoko was also a professional wrestler, began her career in March 2016 and scooped the title of JWP Junior Championship six months later.

She won the Goddess of Stardom Championship in 2017 after teaming up with fellow pro, Kagetsu. Two years later she was awarded Stardom's 2019 Fighting Spirit Award at the Goddess of Stardom Championship.

Earlier this year Kimura joined the cast of Terrace House, a show where six strangers live together under one roof.

English pro wrestler Will Ospreay, who currently is signed to the group New Japan Pro-Wrestling, said: "There are so many nights I would go to [Tokyo district] Roppongi & I was joined by one of the most beautiful vibrant women I've ever met.

"I would always smile around her & her laugh would just have [an] effect on everyone. I can't express how heartbroken I am for the Stardom Family. RIP Hana Kimura."

The National Wrestling Alliance, based in the US, wrote on Twitter: "The National Wrestling Alliance sends its deepest condolences on the passing of Stardom star Hana Kimura."

Florida-based group, All Elite Wrestling, said: "AEW and the wrestling community mourn the passing of Hana Kimura. May she Rest In Peace, and our thoughts are with her family, her friends, and her fans."
